This book is amazing that it teaches both Spanish and English people how to produce some of the finest eatings in Puerto Rico. I enjoyed reading the book out loud and having my kids learning the many Spanish translation to the food items. It is like a dictionary of foods. It produces some of the tastiest meals ever to come out of Puerto Rico.
