I picked this up at a book sale and it has become a favorite. The instructions are easy to read and follow. With the exception of the rice dishes, everything I have tried has met or exceeded expectations. The salsas are VERY good and have pleased many a guest. I have ordered four more What's Cooking books and have no doubt that I will be just as pleased.

Every recipe I've tried has been easy and fantastic. The Crab and Cabbage soup is wonderful. The vegetable soup as written is great and lends itself easily to add leftover chicken or beef. Great book.

I love this cookbook. This one was purchased to give as a gift b/c I liked it so much. Yummy recipes that are pretty easy to make.

If you love to cook and eat Mexican food this book is a must have.
I picked it up at the library and then had to own my own copy.
The recipes are simple, easy to follow and best of all the food tastes great.
The varieties of foods included in this book allow you to experiment with new dishes
and combine meats/fruits/vegetables that you may not have ever considered.
I've been trading recipes with friends over the years and this book is now
on my A list.
