(inst.)6.Goldmine (short)The title track here is absolutely wonderful. Honest, self-depricating and indicative of both emotional sensitivity and intelligent wit, this is truly a rare face on hip-hop. While he did do this sort of stuff with the Pharcyde, in his solo venture it's more purely just him and his own slant. Considering his amount of talent and original style, that's something you just can't get enough of. I recommend this guy to anybody who loves hip-hop.

I havn't yet found someone who does not feel this song on some sort of level. His flow is solid he also has lyrics. This may be a image change from his days with Pharcyde. Props.

First off Fat Lips is the most hilarious mc i've ever had the pleasure of seeing/hearing. The song is tight enough, but when he put the video out for it i was dying. I have respect for him because most mc's would be to proud to be in a video dissing himself and dancing in his underwear (not to mention he got his bike taken by some fat little twelve year old kid). Try to see the video if you can, but get this song any way you can (truly funny stuff).
