Incredible informative book
Well organized and extremely informative. I'll definitely be using exclusively organic from now on too.

OK, but not what I was expecting.
I thought this book would be a list of items listing what is good vs bad. It does have the list of items, but it does not usually list if it's good for you or bad for you.
