Emerald Knights had an exceptional preview in the special features. Ben McKenzie from The O.C. and Southland is playing Bruce Wayne. I think its supposed to be a very young Batman and even though almost every movie about heroes here recently seems to be going back to their beginnings, hopefully this cast can pull it off. Eliza Dushku and Bryan Cranston could be really good.
Based on the best comicbook story ever, Batman: Year One. The particular edition that this forum is on comes with a DVD copy, a blu-ray copy and digital copy of the film. Also included is another DCU short, this one starring Catwoman (Dushku still voicing Ms. Kyle). Undoubtedly two episodes from Batman TAS will included, interviews about the story, a preview of JL: Doom, and for this edition commentary track on Year One. Oh and probably trailers for the most recent DCU films (so Emerald Knights and All-Star Superman), as well as trailers for [already known or seen] live action properties of DC comics, probably one for the recent Superman boxed set, maybe GL home release or a really unlikely one, the recent "The Dark Knight Rises" teaser trailer.
I wish they had used the chest symbol from the actual story instead of the one from season 4 of TAS, but other than that it looks like it will be a contender with Under The Red Hood as the greatest Batman movie (counting the live action ones too).
Superman/Batman Apocalypse is crap. I would animated wise that mask of the phantasm and some parts of gotham knights were the best, but if this is really close to the year one comic it will be the best by far.
