I like every one I've tried so far. (tho I had a little trouble getting the polenta pizza out of the pan). No problem: it was delicious to eat with a spoon from a mug. (really) The chef recommended I try a cast iron skillet next time. Okay.

LOVE the herb cheese recipe that goes with the pizza. I use it everywhere.

The carrot cake is a delicious and energizing surprise. The cream cheese icing is good all by itself and makes a delicious dip for sliced green 'granny smith' apples.

Garbanzo loaf makes a delicious sandwich or main course.
Collard wraps are pretty and fun to eat.
Thumbs up on the cookie recipes.

These dishes sound very appealing. Polenta was one of my mother's favorite foods. As a youngster, I
especially liked it the next day gently fried with a little bu---r.

I used to eat it like that, too! It's amazing how many different ways there are to serve cornmeal. Nice to have around these days when the nation's corn crops are in a little trouble from the drought.
