I like every one I've tried so far. (tho I had a little trouble getting the polenta pizza out of the pan). No problem: it was delicious to eat with a spoon from a mug. (really) The chef recommended I try a cast iron skillet next time. Okay.
LOVE the herb cheese recipe that goes with the pizza. I use it everywhere.
The carrot cake is a delicious and energizing surprise. The cream cheese icing is good all by itself and makes a delicious dip for sliced green 'granny smith' apples.
Garbanzo loaf makes a delicious sandwich or main course.
Collard wraps are pretty and fun to eat.
