80-year-old African-American woman presented with a 2 to 3 month history of "a creeping crud," as she described it. The plaque, which is directly in the middle of her forehead, is pruritic but is not painful. She described a small area of color change at the hairline, which is slowly enlarging and becoming obvious. She came to the clinic because she feels very self-conscious and would not even go to church with her family anymore because of this skin condition.
