I have tried many of the recipes so far and this has been well worth the money! I really enjoy the authentic tastes of Italian cooking that this book captures and can't wait to try more recipes from this book. Well done!

This book is a must have! With it's delicious gluten free recipes you will be able to cook for everyone, friends and family with or without gluten free diets. Everyone, children to adults, will enjoy the great tasting recipes and will be happy and healthy :)
