These are good recipes but they are low sugar and not all are gluten free.

I may return the book because we are vegetarian.. But the recipes look great.. The beginning appears to show amazing insight to celiacs disease (comparing Italy and the US).. I loved the inclusion of fava beans in to many recipes.. Recipes all show nutrition info.. The other review said not GF.. But it surely is.. Strange comment.. There are GF flours (maybe that was the confusion)..
