Not What I needed,

I bought this book as part of a nutrition curriculum for preschoolers. I will be skipping this lesson because although the book is very informative, it is also very technical and includes too much information for pre-k or kindergarten kids. I think they will tune out & I'll end up with some distracting behavior going on.
