How many years did we wait for the original Batmobile to leap off the screen and enter our lives? I had thought we would never see it, yet here it is. The detail is excellent. I put it beside my 1/18 scale, which I thought would never come about, either, and the comparison is incredible. This is a wonderful car for display and collecting. And, no, I didn't keep it in the package. I can't see owning something you cannot touch.

By all means, be SURE to grab this car if you can find it. Here's a great tip - check out your local grocery store, the one that begins with a k and ends in an r, they have a tremendous selection and I've found plenty of these cars there. Anyway, it certainly brings back a lot of memories of watching the original Adam West batman on television but also provides a ton of fun in this house. Highly recommend!

I was shocked to find that the shipping cost of this one hot wheel was more than the Hot Wheel itself. Shipping was $10 to mail one car. It was packaged well but I feel $10 for something this small and light is extreme. The car is cool though. I would buy more if I found them elsewhere for less.
