Arthur Haley's books were, in my estimation, instrumental in producing the modern day action thriller. He is among the first to have written informative, exciting, page-turners, with colorful characters and intriguing topics, easy reads, with not terribly complicated plots. I'm a car nut, and really enjoyed this look into the auto industry.
