Starting my new business I am always pleased to receive postive feedback. When I purchased Wheels of Gold I was skeptical as to how much help this book could be since my company is based in the UK. I was also quite well advanced with planning my new limousine business and was concerned that this might be beginner reading for the novice operator.

However, once I received Wheels of Gold and discovered a goldmine of information which completely blew me away. It became appartant how little I actually new about this highly lucrative business. Bill Goerl shares all his secrets and how you can really make a generous profit operating a successful limousine business.

Being that I am in the UK, some sections of the book regarding lisencing and insurance didn't apply, but the information on marketing, customer care, and the art of vehicle dispatching is universal and priceless.

Wheels of Gold is Must reading for anyone in the business!

This book will save you time, energy, and frustration. If someone had shared these tips with me when I started my company 13 years ago, I could have shaved many years off my learning curve. Anyone in the limousine industry or considering starting their own business should read this book.

I was skeptical that this book might just contain a bunch of fluff to help the author make money, without being much help in your business quest, but that is certainly not the case! The author clearly wants to help you succeed and gives you a wealth of information. A successful businessman once told me, "don't take advice from someone who doesn't have anything to show for their advice". Well, I feel privleged to learn from Mr. Goerl through his book. It not only teaches but inspires. Besides all of the "how tos" and practicals,which it is full of, it is highly motivational for when you start to have doubts and fears, which I am sure most people go through at the beginning of such a large undertaking. I'm one of those people who hate reading, but I was on page 70 the second night I received the book! I purchased this book about 2 weeks ago and have yet to start my limousine business, however I feel much more confident after reading this book. "Wheels of Gold" tells you all the secrets plus much more... A Great Book!

This book details every aspect of starting a limousine business. I can't beleive he would share this much information but I'm glad he did! A step-by-step guide to what works and what doesn't. The book is an excellent reference which will be used in my business for years to come. Well worth it!

This book was recommended to me by a colleague I respect very much who has built a very successful large limousine company.

Knowing what a successful business did is not nearly as useful as knowing whether what they did was the actual reason they were successful. Goerl does this only through a painstaking process that took over 20 years of his own hard work. He identifies key strategies for his success and what it takes to go from being above average to stellar.
