We have many matchbook & hot wheels toys. This one isn't as sturday as the others and is a bit difficult to put together. The children liked it, but it kept falling apart and they were unable to put it together without adult assistance. I'd pass on this one.

This toy is so amazing and so well planned. We have other car sets by other manufacturers that are not as sturdy or half as much fun. My son, his godmother and I played with this for hours.

My 4-year-old son got this and the Boulder Bash set for Christmas to go along with another set he got for his birthday. They are all a big hit! He hooks them all three together and has a blast. This particular set has lots of fun features with the balls popping up off the top and the moving bridge and little jewels that roll out of the eyes as the truck drives through. It is a very entertaining toy. It's even fun for me to play with!

This was kind of hard to put together at first. but after trying for about a half an hour we finally got it together. If you put it together correctly it will stay together. This was a great gift and loads of fun. The best things are there is not a lot of small parts. Overall a good product.

I am giving this toy to my 3 year old son for Christmas. I always unpack and pretest the toys and the instructions say to replace the batteries if the sound is muted. What sound? I already exchanged this product once because I heard no sound. Is there sound?

Other than that, the entire set is cheap plastic junk. You get what you pay for, however, looks interesting enough to keep my son entertained especially the matchbox vehicle. I can see him loosing interest in the set if it falls apart.

I bought this toy for my son's 4th birthday and in ONE day the truck was broken. The quality of the toy is very cheap and the bridge comes apart very easily. Also, the truck doesn't stay on it's track the way it's supposed to. Within a few days time the light-up and voice features were also dysfunctional. My son loved the toy while it worked but it's just not the type of toy that would last a long time. [...]. I'm glad I only paid [...] for this toy. I would recommend skipping this one altogether and getting a sturdier toy.

Well, although they aren't stompers they are awful close. The playset itself is easy to put together and presents some pretty cool challenges. I would say it needs less lights and things that explode and more hills instead but it's not bad. The truck itself is awesome, my year and half old beats the piss out of it and it has not stopped yet. The body of the truck is the worst part, it just kinda flops around but the tap on/off idea is good. I was really surprised and how much you get for the price. These days you don't get much for ten bucks.

How unconscionable is it to sell this toy to anyone? Why is this not being recalled?

We paid ~$16 for this toy. My 4.5 y/o son loves this toy. It works perfectly. We will try to buy similar toys. I was motivated to write because I thought it was such a good value. It was the most popular toy at Christmas amoung 3 similar aged boys.

My 6 year old son chose this as part of his birthday present using an Amazon Gift Card. He waited most anxiously for it to arrive. He was so happy when it came and had to put it together almost immediately. It took a few tries, but he finally did it, with only a little bit of help from Mom. He loves race tracks and cars and loves this toy. Now he has asked Santa for the rest of the matching sets!
