Hey, this is a great cruisin' album. This is great country music, and I don't even like country! I can remember listening to this album when I was kid and loving it. It's great and I would recommend it to anyone.

This was when the group was at their best. Every song on this album could have been a Top 5 hit if released. New York Hold Her Tight is one of the most beautiful, haunting songs ever! The Boy's on a Roll and We Owned This Town are awesome as well!

This is a great album for those who just like to have middle-of-the road classy music. One of my favorites of all time.

This is one of the few albums that is great from start to finish, that is totally listenable. Not only are the four #1 hits great, but so are the non-single tracks. "Wheels" is my personal favorite of them all, and since it is curiously left of off most compilations (in spite of being a #1 hit), all Restless Heart fans should have this CD.
For the record, this hits off this CD were: "That Rock Won't Roll" (Country #1) "I'll Still Be Loving You" (Country #1 Pop #33 AC #3) "New York (Hold Her Tight)" (AC #23) "Why Does It Have to Be (Wrong or Right)" (Country #1 AC #11) "Wheels" (Country #1) the album itself topped the country albums chart and went Gold. I think everyone should have this CD in their collections. I'd pick it over a Greatest Hits collection even, it's top notch from start to finish.

Brilliant country group of the eighties,

Restless Heart never achieved the mega-success of Alabama or even the durability of Sawyer Brown, but for a few years in the late eighties they were very successful. This 1986 album was one of their most successful. All the songs are original. Some were co-written by members of the group but good as they are, the songs that were played on American country radio all came from other songwriters.
Dave Loggins, a prolific country songwriter who had a pop hit with Please come to Boston, wrote the title track. The other classic songs here are That rock won't roll, I'll still be loving you, Why does it have to be wrong or right and New York hold her tight. Of the other songs, my favorite is Hummingbird but I enjoy them all. The music here has more of a country feel to it than some eighties country music but it still has pop and rock influences. Larry Stewart's excellent vocals supported by the great music and harmonies of the rest of the group make this an album well worth listening to, if you enjoy eighties country music.

I love this album!!! It is a shame they didn't have the staying power they deserved. I can honestly say that I enjoy every song on this CD and that I still find myself playing it frequently.

Totally awsome! I've worn out the tape and now I'm ordering the CD. This is county rock at it's greatest. Every song on this one is a keeper.

This cd was the beginning of a great career for them but of course when someone gets a big head they tend to drift from the real reason the group got together, to do what they enjoy and to make money. Wheels is a great song to cruise the highway with. It's "a movin down the road" song that makes me get there. All of the songs are great, I feel, and with 6 years of voice lessons, they harmonize superbly. Wish they were still around, including Larry Stewart. Too bad!! They had very good potential to be another Alabama if they had done their music with the same motives. I like 90% of their compostions on all the CD's even after Larry left.
