This review is from: Hot Wheels Color Shifters Cars Street Race with 67 Camaro & Mitsubishi Langer Evolution Car Set (Toy)
1) The FIRST thing to do is expose car to extreme cold (ice cold water or put in freezer for 1 minute)

2) The SECOND thing to do is expose car to warm water.

The problem some people are having is they are exposing the car to warm/hot as the FIRST thing rather than the SECOND thing.
