Hot Wheels Trick Tracks Bionic Battle Sets

My boys, 2 & 6 loved this toy...until a tiny piece inside the big robot broke and now it won't work.

There's a very thin plastic piece with a spring attached to it inside the big purple giant that is not strong enough to perform its' job. It took less that 24 hours for this to break. This is not worth the money although it's very fun. I had to unscrew 10 tiny screws to get to this part, and super-gluing it back together did not help. It's not made well enough to justify the price and it's kind of worthless once it is broken. Getting very sick of these car toys being of such inferior quality. Moving parts should be stronger than this. Disappointed!!

My older son got a lot of presents for his 5th birthday and Christmas this month and this hot wheel set is his favorite toy among them all! He has been playing with it over and over again and he loves the last part of this set when the giant robot got knocked over by the car hidden inside the building. He thinks that is such a cool trick or twist and he just can not get enough of it. As an adult I quite like this part too. Comparing with all other his hot wheel sets I really like this concept.

My seven year old grandson loves to make "chain reactions" with these hot wheel tracks. This one was a little difficult to make work correctly but is a lot of fun when it works.

Ordered on sale at Christmas for my 3 year old son. I was skeptical about the quality when I put it together but it's pretty good so far. My boy and his 5 yr old sister had a ton of fun with it the first few days, then lost interest a bit. They ended up getting a couple more sets from this line that connect to it and now play with them pretty often.
