Sinai Beach is an intense metal band from Riverside, CA. Sinai Beach incorporates chugged breakdowns, powerful single-note droning riffs, forced vocals, and some singing to add a little flavor. The result is a beautifully destructive sound. Sinai Beach will be a sure favorite of those interested in straight-up heavy music. The message is real and strong, the band addresses issues ranging from death, suicide, humanity's shortcomings, and the prevailing influence of God in their lives. This is an absolute must have! You won't regret buying this awesome metalcore CD! It's incredible!!!

This cd is a must buy for anyone who likes bands such as Bleeding Through, Throwdown, Slayer, Neurosis, etc. There's lots of tremolo picking and insane guitar work during the screaming parts, and then it goes into more of a melodic drone (like Isis, only fast) while the singing is going on. I saw these guys live last night, and they kicked major ass. If Sinai Beach is withing 100 miles of you, go see them (I drove 80 miles just for them).

This CD is a regular in my rotation. Has the chaos and melody of hardcore, but the guitar work is wonderfully technical and heavily influenced by metal. The vocals are also excellent, blending the emotion into the music. It will definitely grab your attention and keep you there. Any fan of hardcore will appreciate this album....

When Breath Escapes is Sinai Beach's first full length album. This album is simply brutal, leaving no room to breathe. When Breath Escapes is a gut wrenching mosh of pimal fury. Believe it or not Sinai Beach is a Christian band and the themes that are prominent through the album are about the wickedness of mankind. The overall sound of this album is raw and loud. I would'nt recomend buying this album unless you're sure that you like it.

I picked up this cd a while ago at a show with Falling Cycle, Sinai Beach, and some other bands. I had never heard Sinai Beach before but I thought that they put on an incredible performance and they are great about witnessing to non-Christians about Jesus Christ. Anyway I decided to get this cd which had recently just been released back then. Unfortunately their cd isn't nearly as good as they are live. I really did want to like this cd but the fact is that its not very good. I dont think all of the songs are that great and the quality seems a bit iffy on it too. My favorite songs though are Never Say Never and Candice. Another plus about this group is that their songs have great lyrics so be sure to listen to them and read them while listening to it.

i like both this album and immersed just about the same. y? because this band is still as unique and sick as when they first formed. in fact, i'm glad this band is still good and not sell outs as other bands out there. (ex. the new underoath)

This guys are dull. They mix simple breakdowns with heavy metak melodies.
And they have boring screaming and boring vocals.
The whole thing is sometimes brutal but repetitive and not original

everything you could want in a hardcore cd. the production isnt the best, but oh well. the melodies in this cd make it stand out. and actual good singing. DONT get their new cd "immersed". the nice melodies are gone and the clean vocals are turned into 80's danzig style.
