My wife and I 're-discovered' ourselves earlier this year after 36 years of marriage, and as a part of that rediscovery, our sexuality took center stage. Mikaya Heart approaches women's orgasms from many different angles, making it extremely easy for me to understand what love means, what devotion means, what passion means, what it ALL means! I now KNOW what my wife really needs to feel sexually satisfied. I have NEVER been so taken by a book in my entire life. Where was Mikaya Heart 35 years ago, when we REALLY needed her. A fantastic, fabulous book. Everyone in a relationship should read it! Men, if you are truly interested in understanding the woman or women in your life and what it takes to give them divine pleasure, this is the ONLY book you need to read!

I am amazed at what this book has done for me. Due to this book, I am learning to communicate my needs and desires, and my husband and I are having the best sex ever! I realized that it is not only ok, but good for me to be sexually satisfied. There are so many aspects of the book that have helped me. Mikaya Heart writes from a very personal level, which really showed me she understands what women like me struggle with every day. She examines so many angles of orgasm, from emotional, to technical, to spiritual. She also includes the words and experiences of many women with different experiences. I could finally see that there are other women out there like me. It was so empowering! I feel supported and encouraged to finally make changes in my sexual satisfaction. This book has been a life saver for both my husband and myself. I am finally learning how to have the orgasms I've only dreamed about!Every woman should read it!!!

Though this book had lots of good information. I found it particularly biased toward lesbian woman. It did give some good anatomical and emotional support, but for the basic heterosexual, you may want to choose some additional research material for this topic.

This is the first book that I have read that is about women sharing their experiences of orgasm. I've often wondered what other women and their partner's do in bed. Mikaya Heart gives us a very candid and honest look into the lives of other women. After reading her book, I felt like I could talk more openly about what I wanted and didn't want from my partner. I also found out that there are more fun ways to explore each others bodies!

Finally, a sexual empowering book for woman! I just loved this book and have told numerous friends about it. (Who enjoyed it also) In a time where it still seems taboo to talk about womans orgasms, I found it refreshing to read a book on the subject. It had great information, stories and openess. A definite MUST read!!!

Mikaya Heart really did her homework. In addition to research, she interviewed a number of women of varying ages, experience levels, and sexual preferences. Therefore, I think any woman could learn things she didn't know about her own potential for sexual response. But the best part is, men can also learn much about women's sexuality, presented in a surprisingly open and forthright manner. Thanks for writing this book!

I found this book really great since it shows many ways women experience an Orgasm. A very freeing book - it shows how to communicate with your partner and how to show them how to communicate with you. An excellent insite, thanks Mikaya.

Completely changed the way I view my own sexuality. This very personal book provides insight into the issues that keep us from realizing our full sexual potential and joy. It is informative, well written, and compelling. It is empowering for both men and women. Everyone should read it !

This book seems to be mainly geared towards lesbian women. Since I am not a lesbian, I didn't find it very helpful.
