The Best Friends Group is a collaboration of members of Portland, OR's Kissing Book; Melbourne, AU's The Lucksmiths, and various other PNW indie pop luminaries. Mark Monnone of the Lucksmiths contributes vocals on "Sweet Little Ray," while Drew Kaffer revisits a Kissing Book classic on "Another Sad City". Uncomplicated production values remind you that simplicity is beauty. Good for fans of the aforementioned bands, or for anyone wanting to expand their collection of indie pop.
