yes, this is haste the day's sophomore album released about a year ago. although not as hard and psychotic as their previous, this album still has it's breakdowns, catches, but a lot more singing. this album will most likely be Jimmy Ryan's last work following, a few months later, by the departure from his band. although haste the day now has a new singer after jimmy's departure, i still respect jimmy ryan's work in the band, as well as his message, and his determination and walk with his Lord and Savior. try and get this album, u won't regret it.

I don't have a whole lot of christian CDs in my collection, but this is well worth the buy. This is by far the best christian band that is out their. Even if your not into the whole religion thing, you should buy this CD if you want some of metalcores finest. this band is for fans of "As I Lay Dying", "The Agony Scene", and "Demon Hunter". Pick this CD up NOW.

I'll be honest, after seeing the title and art of the new CD, I just had this sneaking suspicion that this album would be the first of a change for one of my favorite hardcore groups, but was I ever wrong; and THANK GOD! It's great to see one group sticking with what's working for them. The breakdowns are amazing, the singing is solid as ever (which is a rare thing amidst hardcore bands), and the lyrics are uplifting as ever!!! Yet another amazing release from Haste The Day!!! If only they'd given us more music to last until their next release (37min. with one of the songs being an amazing Goo Goo Dolls cover), but I'm not complaining :) The album's been in my rotation for the last 2 weeks non-stop, and it's going to have a hard time finding its' way out for a while.
