The first time I heard Joni James was during a scouting trip to the island of Grenada, in the West Indies in 1955. I was just about 11 years old.This guy lived just opposite where we were camping, and he played Joni James songs, all day long. So we all got to love Joni, songs as "Almost always" " You are my love, My one and only" we loved her then, and we still love her today 50 years after. I will reccomend it, to anyone who loves "Love Songs"" and " Nostalgia""

First time I heard this album was while a patient in 34th General Hospital in La Chappelle France in 1956 [yes 1956!]I loved it then and love it now.Joni was a big favorite of mine then and still is.A really great album of timeless favorites.
