I highly recommend this book. I expected it to help me understand my ex-husband but found it applied to me as well. So much of my life I've been told to keep quiet, suck it up or go away until I could get a hold of myself, which left me wondering what was wrong with me. I've learned that I should stop and think about what I feel and then dig deeper to the root.
