I know, if you scrapbook you are supposed to love to take pictures. Well, I don't, and my pictures show it! This book gives lots of amazing ideas about what to do with all those lousy photos!!!!!!!! Ways to fix them, ways to camouflage them, ways to make them shine! This book is well worth the money.

This book has great ideas for using "sour" photos! Everything from how to cover up the problem to how to photoshop the problem out. They are easy fixes that you never would have thought of without this book. I recommend this book to anyone (like me) who takes tons of photos that never seem perfect, but still need to be scrapbooked.

Isn't it frustrating to see page after page of beautiful scapbook layouts with perfect photos in books and magazines? Now how many of us in the real world have such pristine pictures? Exactly--not very many! Even when we try our best we can end up with photos that don't capture what we were going for. This book shows you that it's ok to go ahead and use those photos anyway in your scrapbook layouts. Don't be afraid! There are lots of beautiful layouts and techniques to help you hide, disguise, or minimize the flaws in those photos.

I can't count how many times I have had to pass up photos because they didn't make the grade for what I wanted in my scrapbook page. But now because of this book I can finally dust those old, not so clear photos that are stored away in boxes. This book helps bring life into photos you didn't know you could even use.

I really love Sherry's writing style and art. I like how she doesn't tell you what you should have done to take a better picture. Instead, she takes what you have and teaches you how to improve it or how to use it on a great scrapbook layout. Her chatty style is interesting and fun. All around great reference.

not every scrapper is a professional photographer, like the magazines would have you believe. sherry's tips and tricks for using photos are creative regardless of what your photos look like, but if you have not-so-perfect photos (and who doesn't!), her book is genius! i love that it takes the pressure off having the perfect portrait photos, the perfect holiday photos, the perfect shots of vacations. her projects feel real and doable, and don't make you feel inadequate because you have photos that aren't "perfect."

I also love Sherry's writing style and art. This is a must have book for all scrapbook people.
There are also great tips on using photo shop elements. Awesome book.

I went to a class with Sherry and and she is so good... I learned so much in a short time. Her book is filled with great tips and so many wonderful ideas to fix our mistakes. I loved the class and the book is definatly well worth the money.

OMG. DO NOT START READING these before bed. DO NOT. At 2AM I was still reading. Nevermind that the alarm goes off at 6. I can work asleep.
I was SOOOOOOOOO stressed but I picked the books up, and OMG. OMG. I was wanting to scrap, too (since at that moment in my life I also hated digital scrapbooking) But those books - where was I???? I need to tell everyone I know about these. OMG.

YOU WILL LOVE THEM. I've taught scrapbooking for over a decade and thought I'd seen it all. buy Both her new book, Embellishments, and the Lemon book. AWESOME.
