This book comforts the heart by clarifying that during the silent times a child of God is not forgotten but maturing in Christ by growing his faith. Continual manifestation of God is not a continuous factor that should indicate the personal and spiritual relationship between a believer and the Father. I've learned that God is truly working in my life and that in the silent times, I am being groomed for something greater in Christ which is defined by the faith and trust in God that will sustain me. This is indeed one of the best books I have read in years.
