About the Author
Darian Aaron is the creator and editor of the urban gay blog Living Out Loud with Darian. His work has appeared in The Advocate, The Daily Voice, The LA Times, GBM News and CLIK Magazine. He is currently pursuing a degree in journalism at Georgia Perimeter College. When Love Takes Over: A Celebration of SGL Couples of Color is his first book. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

This a great little book to own and display on the coffee table. It's a reminder to me that we of the African-American LGBT community are malnourished when it comes to seeing our stories, our faces prominently and consistently displayed.
