Michael J. Glennon is professor of law at the University of California, Davis. He previously taught at New York University Law School. Glennon has also been an attorney with a Washington, D.C., law firm, legal counsel for the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and assistant counsel in the Office of Legislative Counsel for the U.S. Senate. His writings include numerous articles and books including Constitutional Law (1992), Constitutional Diplomacy (1990), and Foreign Affairs and the U.S. Constitution (1990)..
