For those of you who are buying this album, please keep in mind that this album is actually 10 years old!! This was Marc Anthony's first English CD that he recorded in 1990 as a "freestyle" performer. Many people think last year's release was his first English album, but it's not. The best cuts on this album are the title track and the power ballad "Walk Away." Tito Puente and India also appear on this CD.

If all you out there like Marc Anthony well your gonna love his frist english album WHEN THE NIGHT IS OVER.This album is what made Marc and his voice as popular as it is.However,this album needs to be more reconized.So,buy it and enjoy one of the best freestyle albums in 1991.

I have everyhing that marc anthony has recorded for sale I,ve been a loyal fan of Marc,s since '91, the first time I heard him I knew he,d be one of the greatest singers of my time!"When The Night Is Over" has some really good music, marc shines on this cd especially on the first 4 songs & my favorite is "walk away" he should re record this song.If you don,t add this cd to your collection you,ll be sorry!If you mix "walk away with some of his newer songs it sounds great!Buy everything of Marc,s that you can get your hands on,he,s the man!
