Excellent, easy read to get some ideas about what's out there for you graduating college students. My professor had me read this while I did a summer internship. It really helped add to my work experience!

This book is an easy read, and very funny in places. I shared with my managers so they could see where supervisors might be missing the boat. Not just good advice for Gen Y but also for every employee and supervisor.
