Brett's back,

It's been a couple of years since Brett Higgins has made an appearance and she's back in full force.
Therese Szymanski has written another tightly paced, sexy, giggle out loud book featuring the brooding Brett. Last seen in 2005's When First We Practice, Brett has remained with g/f Allie, although that relationship continues to have its ups and downs. When It's All Relative makes one glad that not all families are as dark and desperate. The emotional minefields are sometimes hard to read, they stick with the reader after setting the book down, and the ending makes the reader want for more. Hopefully, another few years won't pass before we get another Brett Higgins visit. If you enjoy reading well-written books with smart dialogue and a sharp wit, pull up a chair and enjoy the newest Szymanski offering....you won't be disappointed. |
