I have been a fan of Adrianne Byrd's writing for a while now. And When Valentines Collide, will not disappoint longtime readers. It didn't disappoint me at all. In this novel we have Dr. Chante Valentine and Dr. Matthew Valentine, both "love doctors" so to speak. They make their living as relationship experts. They are trained and degreed counselors. They help people stay together for a living. So, imagine the shock and horror that would occur if the world found out that America's top relationship gurus are having a little trouble in their own marriage. This book had so many laugh-out-loud moments that I found myself chuckling just about the entire time I read it. The antics that these two pull on one another had me rolling! But when they connected... when they started to work it out and get it together... Have. Mercy. Hot! I loved the way Adrianne Byrd was able to make their chemistry leap of the page. When they had their knockdown drag outs, it popped. When they were scheming and conniving to one-up one another, it sizzled. When they decided to try and save their marriage with a little sexual healing, it exploded. This book was really good. If you like movies like War of the Roses and Mr. and Mrs. Smith or if you ever wondered what would happen if Oprah hooked up with Dr. Phil, then this book might just make your day.

This book was a fresh change from other romance novels where boy meet girl and they fall in love. In this book you could tell that they loved one another, but were dealing with past hurt and letting pride get in the way. I was laughing out loud. Chante and Matthew are two crazy people in love. Their little acts of revenge will have you laughing and thinking OMG.

I thought this was one of Ms. Byrd's greatest books. "When Valentines Collide" is a "touching" love story. When I say touching, I not only mean in a moving, sensitive way, but also in a physical "hitting" way. The Valentines were psychologists advising other people about their love lives when in essence the Valentines needed to stop and listen to what they were telling others and follow their own advice. They had been in love for years, but as time went by, they were so involved in their jobs until they forgot how to love themselves.

The Valentines knew they wanted something else in life, but with the heartache of so much despair in the one thing they both wanted -- a baby --, they started drifting apart. However, when their two friends and advisers stepped in and help set them on the right path, the collision course crashed and shattered the bitterness around their hearts so their love could come surfacing back through.

Again, Ms. Byrd has outdone herself. This was a truly, moving and wonderful story of love.

Adrianne Byrd is one the best writers in this genre. This books is funny, sexy, hilarious, did T say funny. Go out and buy it! I thought Measue of a Masn was her best work but this beats it. Would love to see this on tv or as a film. Great romantic comedy.

I'm just starting out with Adrianne Byrd. This was a great book. Married couples will find this story hillarious. Way to go Adrianne.... Everyone must read this story as it will have you laughing and crying at the same time. Wonderful ending as well.

I just had to say Ms. Byrd is that you really out done yourself. I was cracking up while reading the book. My laughter was so distracting to where my sister couldn't do her work but when I showed her what I was laughing at, she was laughing louder than I was. She's entertained easily! But what I couldn't get over was Matt cutting Chante's head in half. I couldn't believe it, but I "saw" him sawing away! "When Valentines Collide" shows that you can repair your marriage even if your at each others throat. That may not work for everybody but you have to be able to identify where your marriage went wrong and apologize. That's exactly what I learned from this wonderful, laugh out loud tell. I can't wait until "Feel the Fire" comes out. I'll be waiting!

I just finished reading a very good book by Adrianne Byrd titled "When Valentines Collide." Man oh man did I really enjoy this book! Where to even start with it.

This book started off with a bang. You saw the issues in the realtionship right away. She told a story of love, lust and forgivness. It inspired feelings awe, anger, 'what the hell', love and above all else forgivness. She showed that no matter what you do, ALL realtionships will have problems. There is no perfect realtionship. Reading this book kinda reminds me of the song "No Pain, No Gain". Sometimes you have to experince things, problems before you actually get to the blessings you are in store for. It's up to us as indvuals where we plan to go. She showed how friends tend to try to help. Most of them are well meaning and don't want their friend to get hurt, but in reality, it's all up to the person. I truly like how she expressed that. I loved how she showed the importance of forgivness in any and all realtionships that we may encounter in this world!!!

The Valentines were a trip I laughed at them so hard my side was hurting all the scheming they did to each other. Ms. Byrd did an excellent job on this book I love all her books.

Another very funny and touching story by Ms. Byrd. Trust me you will laugh. This book had me cracking up. You will also have those momemnts were your eyes mighe tear up. If you like/remember the movie The War of the Roses this book takes it to the next level. Like the rest of her books it is HOT HOT!!! Define recommedation.

I love this book! The Valentines were funny, hot and just plain crazy! I love that way the book flowed. It wasn't predictable, it was a great read. Keep up the good work Ms. Bryd
