The best of the bunch, May 3, 2009
Deacon Blue turned out some outstanding music over the years. As someone who grew up in Ireland in the 1980's and 90's, their music was inescapable. To this day, this is one of the albums that has always remained near the top of my pile of CDs - never too far from being played. Some of the tracks will stay with you for hours, and I defy any listener not to be totally 'infected' by the brilliance of "Wages Day" or "Real Gone Kid". "Your Constant Heart" is a true tour de force. You will enjoy every minute of this album.
