To the individual who did not like the CD or the movie, I say listen again to the CD and watch the movie again. You are so angry and I wonder why.I am a 61 year old woman who tries to keep up with the music and artists of today. Whitney and Mariah did such a memorable blending of styles and voices, that I stop whatever I am doing to listen and enjoy them again and again. It is not often that superstars are able to come together with such obvious joy, into a recording studio and produce the kind of music that touches a person [me]in the deepest recesses of the heart. Sometimes life is so painful that the only thing you can do is be the only person that believes in you. I do not belong to a fan club of these two outstanding sisters, however, I would be so honored to meet them or even get an autographed photo.Please Whitney and Mirah, join together in another project. The pleasure you bring to people such as me has no words to describe it.Forever a fan,

The movie is good but this ballad by two of the greatest singers in recording history his even better. Its so incredible how two females can blend there voices so well. If I could, I would have given it ten stars.

I don't know what person in their right mind would say that this song is awful. Mariah and Whtiney did an absolutely great job on the vocals, Babyface and Stephen Swartz showed some of thier best work in the production and writing of the song, and on top of all That, IT WON A FREAKEN' OSCAR!!!!!! If the Academy can give a top award to the song, there must be somthing right with it. And the song and the movies' theme go perfect with each other. Anyone who thinks otherwise must have a stick stuck in their back.

Two of the biggest divas of all time have joined together for the most emotional power packed ballad ever! Words can not express the power of this inspirational song. It definatley deserved the oscar.

The voice is magnetical to me,and so the words. "it was a merical ,when i blieve."

When You Believe is such a positive song, it really makes you feel good about yourself and makes you believe you can acheieve anything if you put your mind to it and try. Its such a breath of fresh air to hear such a wonderful song, by two wonderful divas.

After hearing Prince of Egypt's soundtrack (When You Believe}, those who have "good taste" in music must admit that Whitney has more powerful and soulful voice than anyone divas today.

When You Believe features my favorite singer of all time, Mariah Carey!!! Mariah is so incredible on this ballad which is from The Prince Of Egypt. It is a duet with Whitney Houston who I also love but NO ONE could ever reach the heights Mariah reaches!!! Mariah has the most incredible, breathtaking voice in the world and will always be the best!!!

Okay, the movie itself was less than I expected, but this song kicks @! . `Nuff said.
