I was on a plane heading back to the U.S. from Europe. The movie on our flight was Notting Hill. And the airplane radio played Keating's version of "When You Say Nothing At All" every hour as part of a pre-set program. He made the long flight bearable with his beautiful voice. Needless to say, I found myself timing the radio program so that I could hear that graceful voice every hour. Although, I believe Allison Krauss sings it wonderfully, Keating's deep voice made it even more beautiful. This CD I must own!

I was familiar with the Alison Krauss version of this song...and I liked it, it was very beautiful. But Ronan Keating made this song mesmerizing for me when he graced his beautiful voice with it. Every note this man sings comes deep from his heart and his soul. The Irish touch in this song also made it special. Let's face it, Alison Krauss' version of this song hardly went anywhere except for the country music charts here in the states. Ronan took this song international, and he did it beautifully and professionally. Ronan's unique voice is an absolute treasure. What's a travesty it that this man is not more well known here in the states. But if he has to be my wonderful secret, that's fine with me.

I loved the Alison Krauss version of this song, and I love Boyzone, so when I heard Ronan's beautiful voice singing this song...well, I could say nothing at all! This song is so beautiful, and so moving. I loved it before, and I love it even more now, with Ronan's beautiful voice gracing it!

I first heard Ronan sing as a solo artist on the Notting Hill Soundtrack. "When You Say Nothing At All" actually brought tears to my eyes. Ronan has one of the most, extraordinary voices to come along in a long time. I am trying to think of someone I can compare Ronan to, however off the top of my head the only other artist that makes me feel the same way when I listen to her music is a young Barbra Streisand. His voice is very smooth and rich sounding and hopefully it will only get better with age. I also own a couple of the Boyzone CD's, of which Ronan is a member. I hope he continues with a solo career because it's a shame his voice is hidden amongst other group members. I saw an Elton John interview where he highly praised Ronan. That's about as good as it gets!! The U.S. is definitely ready for more Ronan CD's. Hopefully, with more support in the U.S. the prices of the imports will decrease. However, he is definitely worth paying extra to hear.

I was familiar with this song from the Alison Krauss version released a few years ago. Notting Hill introduced me to the hauntingly beautiful and expressive voice of Ronan Keating. His interpretation of this song with a Celtic feel leaves you with the feeling of a cover done well...familiar, yet entirely new. I enjoyed the second track on the single as well, and anticipate this artist's solo album early this year. We Americans are discovering a voice that Europe has known for years. It's about time!

Okay, so no I don't have this CD! I heard the original song "When you say nothing at all" by Allison Kraus (a country singer). And I loved that song! Then I saw the MTV Europe awards and they played this song! It was so awesome! The song is a classic and he sings it so beautifully! I love it! If you've heard the country version & loved it, then you have to get this CD! I am ordering it today, definetely!

When we saw the movie Notting Hill it was 4 weeks before our wedding and we had been looking for a song for our first dance. I loved the Allison Kraus version, but thought this one was different and great. Needless to say this was the song we used for our first dance, even our D.J.'s were interested in it! They thought it could become really popular again.

This is such an amazing song that expresses everything you could romantically wish for! It's perfect...what a great love song! It goes great on the Notting Hill soundtrack...all it needs is more publicity

When searching for music for my wedding 3 weeks ago I was listening to the Notting Hill soundtrack - again and was struck completely mesmerized by the rendition of Ronald Keatings, "When You Say Nothing At All". I sang that very song to my wife at our wedding and everyone loved it - including my wife. I took all of my cues from Ronald's style. I have since heard Allison Kraus's rendition and not liking C&W very well it did not appeal to me the same way that Ronald Kraus's version did. His style is so warm and soothing whereas Allison's is so twangy with her country style. I realize that Ronald is also a country artist but he can be entertaining to all venues. The entire Notting Hill CD has some wonderful titles on it and I highly recommend it.

ofcourse,the credit goes to songwriter but the winner is ronan,he give mouth to divine love.The song is express the filling of true love,frirndship & the way ronan sing it it indicate that he understand true love,i never saw such kind of super perfomance which came stright from heart.Betwwen the song there is lines of what going on peoples mind i admire that idea,it happen in real life also that people around us allways talk like this means if they really love someone they shy to express themselves.in song wearing black cloths ronan looking like angel,i not got the chance to see the movie but through the song it reveal the story & at the end of the song the way ronan look stright to camera his eyes cant let u disbelief in love,like any sencitive girl i also admire him,but i cant express me to him but he say it all.I like to vote this song "song of the milleniums"i hope ronan keep going high,no matter he is on no.1 or no.10 on music chart i know he is the no.1 & i don't count after that. i am so thankful to amazon.com cause they give me opprtunity to share my view.
