It was just what I needed! It is very well written and helped me understand a lot about the transition I've been through, going through and what lies ahead.

Just finished reading "When Your Foundations Move"....great book!
Mr. Thompson is a gifted writer. (I'm going to look for his first book as well.)
So much of this book speaks to me, especially at my stage of career. I am
contemplating retirement (or a new path) in several years as I'm in my late 50s
so I am particularly interested in the "return home". It is a big mystery to me
and I'm not sure what my next path may be. There are many works on how to prepare
for retirement or shifting from a financial perspective but most of us are not good
at preparing emotionally, spiritually, etc. I recommend this book.
