i first heard this song on the 29th oct'04 while on the way to leeds and i almost crashed the car!! i love Richard's songs and i love this song.you.ve gotta hear it!

I absolutely love "When You're Gone." I can't believe I haven't heard this on the radio yet, surely people will fall in love with this song! The only reason I didn't give this single five stars is because, regardless of the title, I had hoped there would be a new song or two as an extra. Though I guess "Right Here Waiting" would be a good choice to lure people in who remember that song but perhaps don't have it on cd.

At only $2.99, if you haven't heard Richard before, pick this up! A great intro to a great musician.

oooOOOOhhhHHH YYYyyyeeeEEEAAAaaahhhHHH!!

This is the case with this single,..I was desperately looking for a CD-SINGLE for the song "Right Here [waiting for you]" and nothing came out,..
Untill I found out it was a bonus track for the single "When you are Gone" wich is a nice song as well,..but NOT EVEN COMPARES TO "RIGHT HERE WAITING FOR YOU",..that song itself makes the CD single worth it,..the sweetness/sadness and the longing for that loved one who never seems to be there when we look for him/her is simply out of this world,..the piano intro has been and inspiration for maaaaaaany wedding couples as the entrance song at their parties!,..

I know it sounds like a cliche! but,..who wouldn't melt completely at the whole scene of the 2 (whomever those 2 might be),..dancing alone in the darkness with this song,..

Definitely a must have IF YOU LOVE TO HAVE THOSE SONGS THAT FORTUNATELY ARE NEVER GOING TO BE MADE LIKE THAT EVER AGAIN,..
