When do we get DLC?

I preordered this game around 4 days ago, and I still don't have my DLC yet. The game arrived today, Sept 3rd (release day of DOA5U). Everything is on time except the DLC. This is my first time ordering a game with the pre-order bonus DLC before, so I'm just wondering if the delay is normal with Amazon? Thanks.

Same thing happened here. It's weird because I got the promotional code for buying SRIV earlier this month in the afternoon.

Maybe they're waiting till the PSN/XBLA stores fully updates so there isn't any issues with the codes not being activated yet?

I understand that it is frustrating to be asked to wait longer, but please give us 2-3 business days so that we can resolve this issue.

I've notified this to the appropriate department, I'd like to confirm that we're actively working on it and rest assured I'll write back with the Promotion code."

Hopefully they'll figure it soon.

I just received my promotional code after emailing customer services. I'm at work right now though so I won't be able to validate it until later today.

First go to the homepage. At the bottom right click on 'Help'. It is under the header 'Let Us Help You'. On the right side of the help page click on the yellow button that says 'Contact Us'. From there you can fill out the form that appears. I'm logged in at the moment, so I automatically have the order for this title appear. After you fill out the order, and depending on what options you pick, you will be able to choose e-mail, phone, or chat. I choose 'Promotion and Deals', then 'Other Promotions', and finally 'Did not receive claim code' as my issue. I have no idea if that is the right selection, so I made sure to write a detailed message to them in the e-mail I sent.
Hope that helps yourself and anyone else. At this time I haven't heard a response from the message I sent earlier today.

Ok, just got home. The promo offer code worked and I was able to download the outfits, no problem.

Hey there Jay, you start the game and select the online store option. There will be an option to redeem codes on this page. I believe it was towards the top of the screen.

Got a reply from customer service with the code early this morning & it works. Just gotta keep contacting them till you find a representative that knows what pre-order dlc codes are. Seems like the reps who handle email know more than those you contact by phone. Possibly they have more time to research it than those trying to immediately help us on the phone. Hopefully everyone else is able to get yours.
