Fabulous!,

This review is from: Where Are My Onions? (Hardcover)
...sums up this picture book in one word. Jean-Claude, the happy onion peddler is a charming character with a friendly face with a large nose for smelling onions. He must find his onions that Quizz the cat has taken to use as a pilllow. This story flows smoothly and quickly and has my children asking me to read it again and again. The fact that it's based on a real person makes it even more appealing to all. It also introduces children to a few french words which makes the story more interesting to read aloud. The illustrations are perfect. Lively and colorful.
