5.0 out of 5 stars A Priceless and Meditative Companion for the Cat Lover
I loved the meditative statements which really made me think, and most of the pictures of the cats really did appear to relate to the statements in some way. There was one I really love: "We must learn to be still in the midst of activity and vibrantly alive in repose." Now that's good advice for daily living. I think cats have this meditative quality which makes them...

I have to say I was very disappointed in this book. The whole layout design is cold and dull. The pictures and quotes are average as well as the printing quality. I have a lot of cat books and all kinds of them. This is one I would not recommend to others.

Okay, Let's admit it. We buy these book because they have cute pictures of Human-kinds' best buddy. The text is there, but let's get back to the Mousers. Lovely pictures of cats just a-chillin' and snoozin' and sitting guardant surveying the world that is theirs. And they do it because they want to; all the photos evoke their feline mastery of the environment. Of course, some of the cats are not mediating, but just looking around, but they are still cool.
