17 Sci-fi short stories,
By
This review is from: Where Do We go from Here? (Mass Market Paperback)
This is a collection of 17 science fiction short stories that is edited by Isaac Asimov. After each story, Asimov writes a brief page or two analysis of each of the stories giving a little background on each and also looking at the scientific aspects of the story.
Without question, the best story is the first- "A Martian Odyssey" by Stanley Weinbaum from 1934 which is an all time science fiction classic and is great. Each story is written by a different author and included are stories from Asimov, Robert A. Heinlein and Arthur C. Clarke. No matter one's taste in sci-fi, there's bound to be some stories and authors that will entertain. A solid 4.5 stars for this.

Fasinating stories on the science side of science fiction! In fact some of the stories in this book were required reading in my undergraduate astronomy class.
