Lawrence Kushner is widely regarded as one of the most creative theologians in America. He is Hebrew Union College--Jewish Institute of Religion's first Rabbi-in-Residence and former spiritual leader of the Congregation Beth El in Sudbury, Massachusetts. He has also been a frequent commentator on National Public Radios All Things Considered. He is the author of Invisible Lines of Connection: Sacred Stories of the Ordinary, The Book of Miracles: A Young Persons Guide to Jewish Spiritual Awareness (both Jewish Lights), and other award-winning books.
Karen Kushner, a clinical social worker, specializes in the healing power of family dynamics. She has spent many years working with children in religious education programs. She is co-author of How to Be a Jewish Parent: A Practical Handbook for Family Life (Schocken/Random House).
Dawn Majewski holds a B.F.A. in Illustration from Moore College of Art. She has been staff artist for several corporations; her illustrations and paintings appear in corporate and private collections. She lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
