_Where are you Hashem_ is a classic that every Jewish child should read. This book has a wonderful narrator whose childlike voice appeals to children. He explores the world looking for G-d (Hashem). In the end, he--and the reader--understands two central points in Judaism: G-d is incorporeal and omnipresent. This message is conveyed in a playful way and is not overly dogmatic.
