A great beat to the song and a really true message about this world we're living in.

and I still remember it. Always wondering, "Where did that song come from? And what was it called?" Now to my bewilderment 15 years later I find out that it comes from the Black Eyed Peas. Why isn't there more music from them that is like this, nowadays? Then again, I wonder why more music isn't like this, in general. I wonder what happened...

In any case, it doesn't matter where the music came from. Every time I listen to it, it makes me want to cry. Tears of happiness that rap and hip-hop can capture the message so perfectly and I just can't find myself imagining it any other way. Tears of sadness because of the awful truth of the same message. A masterpiece, because it is always relevant. No matter what day or age, the problems are always there. And every spoken word I can find in this song points to the truth.

Absolutely beautiful piece geared to make you think, and God forbid, if you have a conscience, pierce it a bit. We all need to be reminded that while we maintain a cozy lifestyle, there are those not so lucky. Bravo to The Black Eye Peas for taking social issues on and not being afraid of the hard hearted.

Okay, that's a lie I enjoy "My Humps" quite a bit as well. However, Black Eyed Peas these days is all about party songs and all that stuff now. This particular song is brilliant because it promotes peace and love using a modern perspective. We're now such a desensitized culture that this song was like a wake-up call to me saying that we're so overexposed to violent media these days, all the love in the world's gone missing. Beautiful song!

I am a classically trained musician and music therapist with teenagers. I downloaded this song for my teens. It has a very important, positive message for society. The kids love the music. Since there is a refrain with the tune, I can enjoy that part as well. One Man's Music

I bought this song for the message. The beat was the bonus. It talks the truth about society today. I recommend this to anyone in trouble. As everyone knows, we all have problems. So I have great opportunities to inform people. Listen to it you just may like it.

I remembered listening to it on the radio and it's a wonderful song. It sounded like a rap song with explicit lyrics but it's not. It's about how we live in a suffering world and we ask Jesus to save us. I see it as a Christian song.
