My 2.5 years old son falls in love with this book. With this book, he learns that "Kisses come from LOVE." After reading this book, he will kiss me and say " I love you." This is really a charming book with colourful illustrations. It shows how Mom and Dad LOVE their babies with kisses during the daily activites, like bathing / reading time.

Overall, the book is well written but what is really capturing is the art! The artist did a fantastic job bringing animals to life in real situation you may encounter with your young ones! A joy to look at and great for kids.

I liked the book very much. It was so cute! I bought it for my niece, and she loved it! Great job!

This is a cute book with cute, colorful illustrations. It is great for those times that you don't have much time to read to your little ones.

My 18-month-old daughter loves this book and I have bought copies for all the little ones I know, all of whom love it too. They really enjoy the animal pictures, and seem to understand the warm, loving words even at this young age. As a plus, the text is well-enough written that reading the book over and over and over again does not drive you crazy.

Very sweet book. I am always looking for children's books with a warm loving tone and this definitely fit the bill! The illustrations are cute, showing animal parents with their children in various affectionate poses.

I got this book for my 2-year-old's birthday and she likes it...doesn't love it, but she does like it. It's short just the right length for her attention span and the illustrations are great.

I got this book at a book sale -- without having read it -- because it was cheap. I figured my 18 month old daughter loves animals and she would like to look at the pictures. Once I got it home and showed it to her, it immediately became one of her favorites. She'll bring it over to me, snuggle up on my lap and I'll read it. Sometimes I have her point out animals, various objects in the background, or count things just for a change of pace. No matter what we do with it, she's always looking at the illustrations intently, and when we're done, she turns to me with her "kissy lips" and plants one on my cheek (this is probably another reason I love the book).
Our book is nearly destroyed from constant use, and I have it almost completely memorized. I already bought a copy for both of my Godchildren, and will likely have to buy a second copy for us. I wish it was available in a board book because it really is a lovely book.
