This review is from: Where Light Was Created: Equidivium (Audio CD)
It is a very creative album. Lyrically and beat-wise this album equals JMT's Psycho-Social CD. Some beats are a bit repetitive, but this is compensated with lyrics very well. Very high quality album- no slacking: 16 tracks most of which are 4 to 5 mins long. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes Psycho-Social CD. Unfortunately if you never heard Psycho-Social CD, it's kinda hard to explain what this album sounds like. Just think really good lyrics with an angle towards mysticism, spirituality and such. And now add the same kind of beats. There you go.

I first heard of them from listening to Jedi Mind's Psycho-Social. At the time, it was difficult to find this ablum, but I was able to get a copy through ebay. This is quite frankly one of my favorite hip-hop albums to date. It just has an overall, nice sound and flow to it. If you're a fan of Jedi Mind Tricks' earlier albums, or want to get a taste of independent, underground hip-hop then look no further than the Lost Children of Babylon. You won't be disappointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars unique, November 23, 2007

altough this was the first album it was the last one i purchased having done so backwards. was attracted to them purely coincidently due to the cover art from words from the duat and then listened to a sample which struck me as quite wu/east coast sound. and that is what it is but from a spiritual angle with oriental/mid east sounding beats. this is very different but quite intriguing and ultimately hip-hop at it's best.

The Lost Children of Babylon has ultimately made my day.
I just happen to stumble upon these dominant emcees although of course nothing happens by accident!

"Seek and Yea shall find" And I've found a group that i highly identify with! I admire how they stay fixed and steadfast on the most profoundly deep topics.

They dont spend time on rapping about foolishness at all. They spend time on rapping about what counts the most within the yin/yang world in which we all live in.

I'll just end by saying this: If you haven't heard of this group. And if you're into true conscious underground hiphop in which is full of thorough knowledge.

Then i'd say dont waist anymore time procrastinating. Go ahead and buy all of these cats stuff immediately.

They're MultiTalented Dominant Emcees!
