A book that will strike the heart of any soul.,

This book made me cry. A young boy, named Billy, who has "Dog fever," earns a good amount of money to go and buy two lovely little coon hound puppies named Old Dan and Little Ann. Billy and his dogs grow to love each other the way a father would love his children. And with Billies training they grow to be the best coon hounds in the country. This book will make you cry and will have you coming back to it over and over again. I have read this book 5 times since I got it myself. This book is worth anyone's time and money.
