The movie was made even better by the subtle, yet complex tone set by this music. Defintely music to reflect to. If you do not have the film at hand, all the mood and emotion is captured by this soundtrack. If you do have the movie, make sure the audio is high quality stero! A must for the music eclectic!

After watching the movie, all I wanted was to get the soundtrack. The Horseflies capture the mood and enhance the moments. If you need introspection this one is a must!

The "Horseflies" have captured a moment in time with their tunes of the 1930's era in Vermont. If you have not seen the movie then it will be difficult to imagine yourself there when big business comes to the little town of Kingdom to try to take over. Each tune carries you through the emotions and sensations of being there. After you are finished listening you will go back again and again to relive this moment in time.

I don't know why I had never heard of the Horseflies before. This music is haunting and wonderful. I saw some of the movie by chance and the only thing I could remember was the music. I paid close attention to the credits to see who had done the music, for the purpose to purchase it. I love this album.

I haven't see the film but have been a Horseflies fan since hearing their first album "Human Fly". This is a background music album and although it can get a bit monotonous at times, a problem with many soundtrack albums, it is still a great CD. If you come here via the film, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. If you're looking for some really new stuff, check out their 2 studio albums.

This is a great soundtrack from a great indie film by a great non-traditional band.
Been looking for a copy of this forever - saw the band in concert at Paul Smith's
college years ago and all the copies of this offered lately were exhorbitantly priced. Score!
