...somewhat reminiscent of Rob McConnell's Boss Brass --very nice charts,
strong section and solo work. But, sorry, too much attention to the
vocal soloists --who are hardly outstanding-- and who take time away
from the instrumental side. And that was what I was looking for.
So I decided NOT to buy this (or the other, Christmas, album).
