Please note that this is a small book requiring a magnifying glass (enclosed) to see the pictures. It is not the full sized book like most of the others.

Not thrill that the book was a mini book. For over $12.00, I expected a full size. I certainly was not aware that the book was 4" by 4". If I was, I would have chosen another.

When I first looked at this item, I saw the dimensions for the paperback version, which were about 12x9. I wanted hardcover, though, so I selected the "library binding" version and did not re-check the dimensions, but I wish I had, because it was only about 5x6. This was frustrating. The price for this version was also almost twice as much as for other similarly-sized hardcover Waldo books.

I had several of these books as a child and I loved them. My three year old got looking at them one day and he's good! He spots Waldo faster than me! I got this one for his easter basket and he has enjoyed it. Ealdo is a bit harder to find and also there are so many additional things to find (such as a female Waldo) it can be a bit overwhelming, but overall a classic!

I was very disappointed in the two Where's Waldo books I ordered. They are for children 2 and 3 years of age and the books are about the size of my hand whereas I was expecting very large books as I had seen before. The pictures were so small even I couldn't find Waldo! Would not recommend these books and in fact I will be going to a book store to buy the full-size books at this point.

My nearly 60 year old mom was laid off recently and has been bored out of her mind. She started keeping herself busy by completing hidden picture puzzles so I thought that she might like a Waldo book too. I got her this book and she was happy with it. It kept her busy for a while. I will say that the pictures have small people in them so she needed her reading glasses but overall she seemed to enjoy searching for good old Waldo.

I adored these books when I was a child, and they have not lost their magic. I haven't been able to interest my special needs son in the book, but that hasn't stopped me from appreciating it as I try to engage his attention.

Good quality, great artwork, and hours of fun. I recommend springing for the hardback if you have the money, unless you end up replacing a lot of books because of damage.

All three of my kids, both genders, ages from 3 to 10 like to look at these books. They are colorful, fun and interesting.

I saw someone once in Fairbanks who looked like Waldo. Our grandkids LOVE the Highlights for Children "hidden pictures" books AND Where's Waldo.
