This is rather unusual for a man to do...but I have read this book twice!! I travel across the globe in reference to preventive medicine and read constantly. Dr. Lewis has absolutely written the most understandable book available "worldwide" for women's health. This is a must read for "men" or "women" if you want to learn more about a natural, drug-free approach to women's health problems and also contains RECIPES that the whole family can enjoy. Very clear yet comprehensive. This book is worth much more in value that the price of the book itself. Order one for a friend!Kerry Daigle
